I lost my ticket, what can I do?
Did you lose your ticket? No problem. Fill out the contact form and enter the email address with which you purchased your ticket. Do not forget to add your reference number. This number can be found on the bank statement of your booking.
I did not receive my ticket, what should I do?
Check your spam box. Your ticket will be sent automatically to the email address you have entered. However, sometimes it may happen that the mail ends up in your spam box. Did you enter an incorrect email address or still can't find your ticket? Simply fill out our contact form and we will gladly send your tickets again! Do not forget to include your reference number. This number can be found in the bank statement of your booking.
What is the status of my cancellation?
The status of the cancellation of your order can be obtained from Fairtix by entering your order number and question in the contact form below.
How do I get more information about the event I purchased tickets for?
For more information about the event you will be attending, please refer to the organizer of the event for which you purchased your ticket.
