How do I create time slots for an ongoing event?

Log in to My Dashboard.

1. In the left sidebar, go to ‘My events’.

2. Click the ‘Manage’ button next to your event.

3. Tick the ‘Ongoing event’ field.

5. Click ‘Save’ in the bottom right.

6. Under ‘Navigation’ on the right of your screen, click ‘Time slots’.

7. Click ‘New’.

Fill in the time slot

• Day: the day of the week on which the event recurs weekly.

• Opens from: the time the event starts that day.

• Closes at: the time the event ends that day.

• Places: the number of tickets to sell for the chosen day.

• Interval: the number of places per hour or for the whole day.

9. Click ‘Create’.

10. Your event now runs weekly on the chosen day.

Note: does your event take place on several days a week? Repeat these steps for each weekday.
