What is the difference between an invoice and a payout breakdown?

Log in to My Dashboard.

1. In the left sidebar, go to ‘My company’.

2. Click the ‘Invoices’ button.

Here you will find all your invoices. Want to know more about finding and downloading invoices? Follow the steps in ‘Where can I find my invoices?’.

Downloads

Under the ‘Downloads’ button you will find two options: ‘Invoice’ and ‘Payout breakdown’.

Invoice

Here you will find the invoice for the fees paid to Fairtix.

Payout breakdown

Here you will find a detailed breakdown of the amount transferred to your account.

The payout breakdown consists of the following information:

• Quantities: the number of orders. One order can contain multiple tickets.

• Ticket revenue: the number of tickets sold, per ticket type, including passed-on administration fees and/or services.

• Administration fees: quantities and any costs per payment, per chosen payment method.

• Fairtix Fees: the fee paid to Fairtix.

• Totals: an overview of the total revenue, costs and payout.
