How can I group tickets?

Log in to My Dashboard.

1. In the left sidebar, go to ‘My events’.

2. Click ‘Manage’ next to the event.

3. Under ‘Navigation’ on the right of your screen, go to ‘Products/Tickets’.

4. To the left of the ticket status, tick the boxes of the tickets you want to group.

6. Click ‘Edit … product(s)’ above the tickets on the left.

7. Tick ‘Group name’.

8. Enter a name for the ticket group.

9. Click ‘Save’.

10. Under ‘Navigation’, go to ‘Points of sale’ and click ‘Manage’ next to your point of sale.

11. Enter how many tickets of the ticket group you want to sell. Your selected tickets are now grouped.
