What started with a group of friends who loved going to festivals quickly grew into organising various events ourselves
We soon realized that no matter what kind of event we were organising, whether they were festivals, markets or fairs, most of the times we ran into the same problems regarding selling and processing tickets: QR-codes not working, lost tickets, discount codes that do not work, long queues and so on…
We, as a team of entrepreneurs, were looking for a solution and soon found ourselves with expensive, outdated and complicated systems. We wanted a ticketing system that would allow us to focus on providing an unforgettable visitor experience and on the event itself rather than the annoying time-consuming problems. For us, there was only one solution left - to create a service that would allow any organiser to sell their tickets easily and without any problems.
The result is Fairtix, an e-ticketing system developed by organisers for organisers, easy to use, affordable for everyone and appropriate for every event. Fairtix can now be used for any event, whether it is your local neighborhood party or a festival of 20,000 visitors, Fairtix offers the solution for large and small events.
