How do I add my terms and conditions to my ticket shop?

Log in via My Dashboard.

1. In the menu bar on the left, go to ‘My events’.

2. Click ‘Manage’ next to the event.

3. In the navigation menu in the top right, click ‘Points of sale’.

5. Choose your point of sale and click ‘Manage’.

6. Scroll to the ‘Link to terms and conditions’ heading.

7. Paste the link to your terms and conditions page here.

8. Click ‘Save’ at the bottom of the window.

9. Your terms and conditions have been saved.
