How do I set up a countdown timer on my ticket shop?

Log in to My Dashboard.

1. In the left sidebar, go to ‘My events’.

2. Click the ‘Manage’ button next to your event.

3. Under ‘Navigation’ on the right of your screen, click ‘Points of sale’.

5. Click ‘Manage’ next to the point of sale.

6. Scroll down and tick ‘Show countdown timer’.

Fill in the countdown timer

• Count down until – date: the end date of the countdown timer.

• Count down until – time: the end time of the countdown timer.

8. Click ‘Save’. The countdown timer has been saved.

The countdown timer shows the moment the ticket shop opens.
