How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel a single ticket or a complete order from the order details.

1. Log in to My Dashboard.

2. In the left sidebar, go to ‘Orders’.

3. Choose the order and click the ‘Details’ button on the right.

Cancel a single ticket

Is it an order with multiple tickets, where not all tickets need to be cancelled? Click the red ‘Cancel’ button next to the ticket in question.

Cancel a complete order

5. Should the entire order be cancelled? Click ‘Cancel order’ in the ‘Actions’ menu in the top right.

6. In the ‘Cancel order’ menu, tick ‘Notify the customer by email’ to send the customer a confirmation of the cancellation.

7. Click ‘Cancel order’ to confirm the cancellation.
