How do I refund a ticket?

You can refund tickets from the order in Fairtix. The customer receives the refund on their original payment method.

Follow these steps to refund a ticket:

1. Log in to My Dashboard.

2. In the left sidebar, go to ‘Orders’.

3. You will see a list of orders. Choose the order and click the ‘Details’ button on the right.
   
   

1. In the ‘Actions’ menu, click ‘Refund order’.
   
   

5. Select the tickets you want to refund, or tick ‘Select all’ to select all tickets.

6. Click ‘Refund’ to confirm the refund.
