It started with a question. When everything cautiously began reopening after COVID, someone asked if we could build a ticketing system for their trade fair. I said yes said and done. We ran the event, and everything went very smoothly.
After that, I started looking at the rest of the market. And I was shocked. Everywhere I saw the same picture: high prices, a system handed to you on a platter, and beyond that you're on your own. If you then want to ask something or get advice, you have to submit a support ticket instead of getting an actual person on the phone. Nobody who truly thought along with you.
We found that strange. Organising an event isn't something you do alone, so why should you have to do it alone when it comes to your ticketing? We didn't want to be a supplier we wanted to be a partner. Someone who thinks with you about how to sell more tickets, who makes processes easier rather than more complicated, and who picks up the phone when you have a question on that busy Saturday night. If your situation calls for something specific, we simply build it.
That's how Fairtix was born. We've kept growing since, but the starting point has stayed the same: you get a partnership where people think with you to build success together.
