Ticketkantoor is a Dutch self-service ticketing platform that charges one all-in fee of €0.80 per issued ticket, including VAT and iDEAL/Bancontact transaction costs. There are no setup or monthly costs: the fee is deducted from the ticket revenue and included in the ticket price, so visitors pay no extra service fees. Organisers set up and manage their ticket shop themselves, scan tickets with a free app or a handheld scanner and follow their sales on a dashboard. Payout follows within 3 working days after the event is closed. Support runs through a contact form and an online FAQ.
