EventSquare
EventSquare is a self-service ticketing platform for festivals, concerts, trade fairs, sports events and youth associations. Paid events cost €0.75 per ticket plus 2% transaction costs (iDEAL and Bancontact), and free events are free. Organisers can pass the service fees on to visitors, have no setup costs or contracts, get weekly payouts and can scan tickets with a free app or free professional scanners.
What does EventSquare cost?
Free events (only free tickets) cost nothing. For paid events the Essentials plan costs €0.75 per ticket plus a 2% service fee for iDEAL and Bancontact payments. Free tickets within a paid event are not charged. Events with more than 5,000 visitors can request custom pricing, API access and their own payment provider. There are no setup costs or long-term contracts.
Which events is EventSquare used for?
EventSquare targets parties and festivals, concerts and shows, trade fairs and conferences, sports events and youth associations. According to EventSquare, more than 6,500 organisers use the platform and it processes around 2 million tickets per year.
How do payouts and check-in work at EventSquare?
EventSquare pays out ticket revenue every Wednesday. Organisers with their own payment provider choose their own payout schedule. Tickets are scanned at the entrance with the free scanning app, and EventSquare sends a free professional scanner for every 250 tickets sold. Support is available 24/7 via chat, email and phone.
